The 50th Annual Salmon and Rib Bake and Silent Auction

Purchase your tickets now for the annual AIHS Salmon and Rib Bake.
When: Saturday July 4, 2026. Noon to 3pm. (Silent auction 10am-2pm, 9am for members).
Where: Outdoors at the historic Johnson Farm on Anderson Island
(
9306 Otso Point Rd, Anderson Island).
What: Fresh barbequed wild-caught Alaska Sockeye salmon or Rick's Special Rib dinners, with corn-on-the-cob, baked beans, cole slaw,
Pannera bread, strawberry shortcake, and a bottle of water.
Hot-dog meal: premium hot dog, chips, juice, and strawberry shortcake.
How much: Salmon or Rib dinners: $20 online, $22 in person.
Hot-dog meals: $8.
Silent Auction: Over 200 items will be available to bid on at a silent auction in the adjacent Archival Building.
10am-2pm. Opens at 9am for members.
Proceeds:All proceeds benefit the Anderson Island Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
