RESERVATION REQUEST FORM

Please complete this form to request space for a single or recurring event at the American Legion Community Center (ALCC).
YOU MUST PRESS THE NEXT BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE, AND THE COMPLETE BUTTON ON THE NEXT PAGE, TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION.

Prior to submitting a reservation request, please check the ALCC calendar to ensure that the date(s) you are requesting are open.
If necessary, email our Events Director John Saatela ALCCrent@gmail.com to ensure that we can accommodate you, and to verify fees and fee payment.
To make a reservation, please complete the form below. Include as much detail as possible on your request, and specify the date and times you are requesting. Also Indicate whether the event is recurring.
Then press the 'NEXT' button, and the COMPLETE button on the next page. Your reservation is not complete until you see the response "Your Reservation has been Accepted".

Fees

Your fees will be calculated and displayed on the next page. Quick fee summary:

Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $50
Refundable Alcohol Event Deposit: $250 (please write a separate check)
Main room: $25/ hour, minimum 2 hours (set up to clean up)
Kitchen: $25/hour, minimum 2 hours (set up to clean up)
Full Building: $50/hour (set up to clean up)
Full Building and Grounds: $75/hour (set up to clean up)
Outdoor Pavilion & Bandstand: $75/hour (set up to clean up)
Sound System: $20
Sounds System with Projector: $50
LeMay Refuse Bag: $10/Bag
