The 2022 Salmon and Rib Bake

Purchase your tickets now for the annual AIHS Salmon and Rib Bake.
When: Saturday July 2, 2022. Noon to 3pm. (Silent auction opens at 11am, 10am for members).
Where: Outdoors at the historic Johnson Farm on Anderson Island (9306 Otso Point Rd). Picnic Tables will be set up outside.
What: Fresh barbequed wild-caught Alaska Sockeye salmon or Rick's Special Rib dinners, with corn-on-the-cob, baked beans, cole slaw, Pannera bread, and strawberry shortcake for dessert. A bottle of water is included.
A hot-dog meal is available for kids: 1/4 pound premium all-beef hot dog, chips, drink, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.
How much: Salmon or Rib dinners with dessert are $18 online, $20 in person at the event on July 2.
Hot-dog meals (with hotdog, chips, drink, and strawberry shortcake dessert) are $8.
Silent Auction: Over 100 items will be available to bid on at a silent auction in the adjacent Archival Building. 11am-2pm. Opens at 10am for members.
Proceeds: Proceeds benefit the Anderson Island Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

How to Buy: Buy your tickets online now with a credit card - and skip the ticket line. Tickets will also be sold at the event for $20.
Online tickets will be sold 'will-call' under your name: At the event, go directly to the ticket counter and collect your tickets by name and address, using your receipt and a photo-id - no exceptions.
Refund Policy: If you cannot use your tickets, please email us at and ask for a refund. No refunds after July 2. If we don't hear from you we will accept your generous donation.
